- Maintain and update all customs compliance documentation, adhering to all US Customs Regulations and other regulatory agencies
- Process documents through the Company’s ABI system, securing Customs release and other government agency approvals as needed
- Coordinate both delivery and invoicing for import accounts related to services rendered
- Review and monitor all Customs rejections, client information requests, and other correspondence involving government agencies
- Ensure compliance with both domestic and international shipping regulations
- Engage in daily correspondence with overseas offices
- Collaborate closely with other departments to provide a high level of service to our valued customers
